Maintenance Clean Options

    • Wipe down and sanitize countertops

    • Clean exterior of appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc.)

    • Wipe down microwave (inside and out)

    • Spot clean cabinet fronts

    • Clean sink and polish fixtures

    • Empty trash and replace liners

    • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors

    • Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops

    • Scrub toilets (inside and out)

    • Clean showers, tubs, and fixtures

    • Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces

    • Wipe cabinet fronts

    • Empty trash and replace liners

    • Vacuum floors and rugs

    • Mop hard floors

    • Make beds (change sheets if added to service)

    • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, and picture frames)

    • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

    • Sheet Changes- $10 per bed

    • Towel Service- $5 per bathroom, changing out towels and hand towels for clean towels

    • Fridge Clean- $50

    • Oven Clean- $50

    • Pet Fee- $10 per pet

    • Heavy Cleaning Fee- $20

    • Tidy Fee- $25 per room

    • Deep Cleaning Task: washing of light fixtures, washing of ceiling fans, cleaning of vents or exhaust covers, washing of baseboards, deep cleaning of hood vent and or filter, cleaning under or behind large furniture, wall washing, or window washing.

    • We do not clean antiques, valuables, or fine art.

    • We do not move heavy furniture or large appliances

    • Clean or dust heavily cluttered areas

    • Remove items from bookshelves, cabinets, or drawers

    • Handle delicate, fragile, or irreplaceable items

    • Clean areas blocked by clutter, cords, or personal belongings

    • We will not feed or take pets out on potty breaks or walks. We will not clean litter boxes or clean up animal poop. We will not administer medication.

    • We will not use any tall ladders or scaffolding. Our cleaning tools extend 5 feet and 10 inches.

    • We do not shampoo or deep clean carpet.

    • Clean biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids, or animal waste)

    • Clean construction dust or post-renovation debris

    • Provide restoration, stain removal, or damage repair services

    • Clean areas requiring specialty equipment or unsafe access

    • Remove, disconnect, or reassemble electronics, mounted TVs, or cords

    • Clean items that are unsafe, broken, or unstable

    • We do not clean windows. (We will spot clean windows for smudges and hand marks.)
